The Miku Restaurant project was a commercial tenant improvement project in a completely empty space in downtown Vancouver's iconic waterfront. The Miku concept had found a great location but lacked any real infrastructure within. It was a stripped down, 6,600 sq.ft concrete space with no plumbing, no heating/ventilation and only basic electrical. The owners and designers had big visions for the space, and Northern Alpine was charged with the task of making that vision a reality.
