A full, main-level bathroom renovation was done on this wood-framed home in Deep Cove. Changes include new porcelain tiles with glass tile accents and recessed wall-shelf inside the shower. The new shower head includes a rainfall feature and three-way thermostatic shower valve with linear drainage and a 12 mm glass shower door with incorporated towel bar. We installed a skirted dual eco-flush toilet and a solid wood vanity with matching mirror and quartz stone counter top, polished chrome faucet and under-mount sink. We replaced the dim lighting with recessed lighting fixtures and a designer vanity light fixture. Other additions include a new low-E window with new window trim, fully re-piped plumbing with Pex plastic piping to adhere with current BC plumbing and building code standards (copper removed due to age and deterioration).
