A custom 1,800 sq.ft. float home constructed from the ocean-up. Built over the summer, this building features vaulted ceilings, custom millwork, low-E glass, radiant heating & septic services. To be safe we rain-screened the building for maximum longevity against any weather the west coast shores serve up.

This former Vancouver special was transformed into the modern home it is today with building techniques used by Northern Alpine Contracting to make this home green, efficient and look great without sacrificing quality while saving the owners significant costs.
